Spicy and zesty pollack stew! Try it at home, it's not hard
Pollack Stew
[ Ingredients ]
1 pollack (700g)
1 cup Milt(150g)
1/2 cup Liver(70g)
1 cup Roe(180g)
Tofu 2/3 pack Tofu(180g)
1 green onion (100g)
3 Cheongyang peppers (25g)
2 red pepper (35g)
1/3 radish (300g)
1.6L Water
Some crown daisy
[ Ingredients for sauce ]
2 tbsp Minced garlic (30g)
1/3 tbsp Minced ginger(5g)
1.5 tbsp Salted shrimp(20g)
8 tbsp Soup soy sauce(80g)
3 tbsp Coarse red pepper powder(15g)
2 tbsp Red pepper paste(30g)
1 tbsp Soybean paste(15g)
[ Directions ]
1. Slice the green onion in half at the stem and cut into long slices.
2. Cut radish into 1-cm thick squares.
3. Cut peppers diagonally and tofu into 1-cm thick pieces.
4. Thoroughly rinse pollack, liver, and milt.
5. Mix minced garlic, minced ginger, salted shrimp, soybean paste, red pepper paste, soup soy sauce, and red pepper powder in a bowl.
6. Add cut radish, pollack, and water to a pot.
7. When it boils, add the sauce and mix well.
8. Once the radish is cooked, add liver, milt, and roe and continue cooking.
9. Add all ingredients except for green onion, red pepper, Cheongyang pepper, and tofu using as garnish.
10. Put green onion, red pepper, Cheongyang pepper, and tofu as garnish.
11. Finish with crown daisy if desired.
